Thank you for visiting our website and/or using HB Ring and HB Ring mobile application. We want to inform you that TheTouch X s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) process personal data concerning its users which are necessary for Company’s customer relationship management, for example managing commercial relationships and managing enquiries concerning Company and its products, which can be made on the website via the form available under the “Contact” tab at www.thetouchx.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

When you visit and navigate our Website, and when you communicate with us via our email or use our fill-in forms, we may collect personal Information submitted by you. We collect personal information you provide for purposes of (1) signing up for our email update service (2) queries submitted using our contact form (3) submitting an online order.

When you submit an online order, we collect your contact information such as your name, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number. The payment information such as your credit or debit card number and other payment information is processed and collected by our payment processors, based on your choice of payment.

When using Feel or HB Ring mobile applications, we store profile information such as phone number, name, profile picture, saved contacts and saved heartbeats including notes, are saved on our servers. When using HB Rings, we transfer the heartbeat acquired from the HB Ring's sensors to the requesting HB Ring. We do not sell any of the data stored or processed.

Any personal data, such as phone numbers, names, profile pictures and form submissions which may be processed by our Company as part of this service is kept within the company and are not shared with any service providers and/or any partner companies.

When connecting to an HB Ring or a Locket, using Feel application on an Android device, you will be requested to share the fine location and/or course location data within Feel application, since this is required for establishing Bluetooth connection with your HB Ring or Locket. Location information is not shown in any parts of the Feel application. Also, we do not store or process your location data, or use for any purposes other than described in this policy.

The data transmitted between your devices and you contacts, as well as between you and our servers and service provider, is encrypted.

Under Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), you may request us to provide you a copy or delete all your personal information that we store. For such request please contact us at info@thetouchx.com.

If you created an user account in HB Ring or Feel mobile application, and for any reason you are unable delete your account within the application, you may request us to delete all your personal information that we sore. For such request, please contact us at info@thetouchx.com
Our Website uses tracking software by Google Analytics to obtain website traffic statistics and to evaluate the use of its website by its users. The software will save cookies to your browser in order to track and monitor your engagement and usage of the website.
